    Event description

We are bringing back a classic! Abstract alcohol inks!

Another fun session where you will have the opportunity to create your own, abstract art piece! Learn the basic skills of this amazing art medium, and apply it to various other surfaces.
In this session we will create art on specialised paper, which you can frame afterwards for a unique art piece in your home. Suitable for beginners, no previous art experience required. Our Sip n paint evenings are all about fun and having a little break from all our adult responsibilities.

In this session you will learn about and receive:
    - A complimentary glass of house wine, beer or a hot/soft drink of your choice

    - Learn about what Alcohol ink is
    - How to create with ink and how to achieve different effect with it
    - What mediums to use in conjunction with alcohol inks to inspire even a more diverse portfolio using Alcohol ink as the foundational medium
A complimentary glass of wine, beer or hot drink of your choice included

Our workshop itself is two hours long with plenty of time in between to relax and enjoy the night. We meet at 6pm for a 6:30pm start, a short break will be provided during the session as well.

    What to bring:
Yourself, your experimental mindset and an apron if you are scared of getting paint on your clothes!
Your artwork will be touch dry on the night, but will still dry over the course of a few days.
All materials are included in this session.

    Be mindful of:
The final artwork wont be 100% cured - it can take a few days for it to be completely dry although it will be dry enough to transport home without any spillage :)

Our Bar will be open to cater for all your Sipping requirements and our kitchen is now open evenings too! Feel free to come earlier to enjoy a meal - our bar section and Menu is available from 5:30pm!

Our centre is an approved public building with appropriate insurances, and can be booked for NDIS participants via invoices - Please get in contact with our team who can arrange the necessary paperwork.

    Please note:
We are NOT a traditional venue with a quiet classroom. At our venue you may find other creatives working on their own projects like making a drink carry case, building and hammering a rustic key holder together or using the pottery wheels. We are all about creating a fun, lively venue filled with laughter!

Places are limited so please enrol via the ticket link on this event as soon as possible.

Entrance to our venue is from the carpark at the back of 5 Mackinnon street, Rockingham
