For Savour The Tweed, they have invited Kyle Goodwin, winemaker at Knucklehead Wines to showcase his minimal intervention wines from the Granite Belt and to lead the way with this educational masterclass & create a memorable experience. He likes to think outside the box, producing intriguing wines & having fun with extended skin contact, clay amphora and Pet Nat. As he says, wine is meant to be enjoyed with laughter, good food and good times.

As champions of promoting local produce, the Rob Roy team serve up plates of Salumi charcuterie, cheese, crudités, dips & crackers from their in-store deli range to compliment the wine varietals.
