Sips & Snacks: Meet the Winemaker

The ultimate independent boutique wine shop and wine club in the Tweed, owned and managed by a chef & a sommelier who love good food and drinks in equal measure and love nothing more than sharing their passion with their community.

For Savour The Tweed, they have invited Kyle Goodwin, winemaker at Knucklehead Wines to showcase his minimal intervention wines from the Granite Belt and to lead the way with this educational masterclass & create a memorable experience. He likes to think outside the box, producing intriguing wines & having fun with extended skin contact, clay amphora and Pet Nat. As he says, wine is meant to be enjoyed with laughter, good food and good times.

As champions of promoting local produce, the Rob Roy team and David from Salumi Australia serve up plates of Salumi charcuterie, cheese, crudités, dips & crackers from their in-store deli range to compliment the wine varietals.
