Paint & Sip Event Participation & Liability Terms

By attending this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Participation is voluntary and may involve minor risks including (but not limited to) slips, trips, spills, staining of clothing or personal items, and general use of paints, water, brushes, and other materials.

This is an alcohol-free organised event. However, the event is held in a shared public/community space which may include adjacent or surrounding areas (including BBQ or recreational facilities) that are accessible to members of the public.

As such, the organisers have no control over the consumption or presence of alcohol by third parties outside the scope of the event. Participants acknowledge and accept that alcohol may be present in surrounding areas and agree that the organisers are not responsible for the actions or behaviour of any third parties not directly participating in the event

You are responsible for your own safety and conduct at all times while participating in the event.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from attendance or participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded

You are responsible for any damage you cause to the venue, equipment, or surrounding property.

This is a shared community space. Please respect the venue, other attendees, and surrounding public areas. Any unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

All materials are to be used as instructed. The organisers are not responsible for staining or damage to clothing, personal belongings, or footwear.

The event may be photographed or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness unless you notify the organisers in writing prior to the event.

Event details, timing, or layout may be adjusted if required for safety or operational reasons.
