The Role of A Continuous Improvement Leader Is A Tough One!

It’s the classic set up for most companies attempting continuous improvement:

Create a new role of “Continuous Improvement Leader” or “Lean Leader” or “Black Belt”
Place this new role outside the management structure
Make them responsible for achieving goals
Give them no authority to change ANYTHING
