It's also clear that everyone is happier when problems get solved. And despite rhetoric to the contrary, it’s actually very rare that an employee wants their employer to go out of business.

It’s a good thing for you SIRF Roundtables is here! This is the kind of topic that works great in our peer-to-peer learning events (like this one). In this event, CI professionals will share their experience, tricks, techniques, and insight into improving engagement within their workplace. Sure, some of it is from reading the endless supply of books, but most is hard-bought experience from the semi-scientific method of trial and error with real Australian companies.
If you could actually put that experience in a shiny book cover, there wouldn't be a problem with employee engagement anywhere, would there?
