    In this SIRF Common Interest Work Group, Rohan Hodges will share his  Learnings Around Achieving World Class Operational Excellence

    Rohan Hodges is a  passionate and experienced operations and project leader with a background across multiple industries ( Animal Feed, Food, Packaging and Petrochemicals )  during a 40 year career working in senior executive roles  in major companies such as Ridley , Sugar Australia (CSR / Wilmar Sugar), ACI Plastics Packaging (O - I ) and  Qenos (Exxon Chemicals / Orica). 

    Rohan has successfully held National Engineering and Operations roles and General Manager Operations roles and has driven significant change and moved his operations relentlessly towards World Class Operational Excellence. Rohan will share his Operational Excellence model that is driven from his depth of experience for what works.

    An essence of this is knowing the right questions to ask as a leader and Rohan will share some of the right answers he has  learned over many years of striving to succeed in intensely
    competitive industries

    • Achievement of world class manufacturing performance through Lean / TPM programs across sites in Australia and the Asian region
    • Implementation of facilities modernisation and automation programs in multiple manufacturing facilities.
    • Organisation development to provide the needed skilled and committed teams and leadership necessary for effective operations.
    • Development of HSE and operational management systems to support long term consistent
    improvement.
