Joel Levitt VIRTUAL COURSE - Planning & Scheduling

(March 2, 3, 4, 9, 10 - all sessions run for 2hrs commencing at 12pm NZDT)

Joel has been delivering his Planning & Scheduling course online for a while now in other parts of the world. Its well established and delivers great learning outcomes just the same as his 2 day face to face course we've run with for 20 years.

Delighted we are able to make accessing this course easier than ever before. There is no travel expenses / accommodation / parking / meals involved.

The course is delivered via 5 sessions (~2hr each plus homework). Whether you are in an office at work, in a remote location, at a restricted access site, working from home or elsewhere.

Each session is run via Zoom meeting facilitated by us as we continue to support you and Joel to ensure you have the best experience possible.

The program is broken down into five sections.

Each section is one session, lasting approx 2 hours online with Joel through video conferencing.

Session 1: What is planning and why plan maintenance jobs?
Session 2: Planning
Session 3: Estimating, Crew Size & Manpower Requirements.
Session 4: Preparatory activity to scheduling
Session 5: Scheduling Maintenance Work.

The course requires homework to be completed, and submitted to our admin which we then get Joel to check and annotate with recommendations and return to you. There will still be the same opportunity for discussions and chat with Joel in this delivery model.

What do I need?

We will be using Zoom as the platform for our online video conferencing. You will need a computer with online access, as well as video and audio.

Each attendee gets a PDF copy of his latest course manual PLUS a copy of his Planning & Scheduling E-Book
