As President of Springfield Resources since 1980, he has delivered 600+ training sessions to over 17,000 professionals from 3,000 organizations across 39 countries. His diverse background includes roles such as process control designer, electrician, field technician, property manager, and manufacturing manager. He also held leadership positions at LCE and Reliabilityweb.
