NOTE: Breathwork is a deeply transformative process and your safety is of highest priority, therefore there are some contraindications which would not allow for your participation in the FlowBREATH ~ Breathwork Journey. 

These are: Diagnosed Severe PTSD, Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis), Epilepsy, history of seizures,
heart issues, high blood pressure,
recent surgery or recovery. If you are pregnant please contact Emma to discuss if the session is suitable for you.

Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving emotional release.
