Sissy is coming to the Sunshine Coast!
After a series of very successful retreat-style workshops in Bali, Sissy is coming to the Sunshine Coast this summer. This powerful one day workshop for girls, aged 8-13, will allow girls to explore their inner world, build confidence, and walk away with tools to support their emotional wellbeing and self-worth, laying the foundation for a powerful year ahead.
The workshop combines movement, journaling, and hands-on art and wellbeing sessions, weaving in powerful messages of self-worth and trust.
The schedule for the day is as follows:
Registration: 8:30am
Welcome: 9am
Movement 9:15-10am
Morning Tea: 10-10:30am
Workshop 1: 10:30-12pm
Lunch: 12-12:30pm
Workshop 2: 12:30-2:15pm
Closing Sisterhood Circle: 2:15-2:30pm
Participants' entry cost includes a nourishing snack and lunch, a small journal, and all workshop materials.
Girls will leave feeling empowered, connected, and with some artworks and other goodies of their own to support them to integrate these learnings into their own lives.
