Sister Circle

Gathering in circle has been going on amongst indigenous tribes far back into the misty realms of memory. Circle are considered a safe space, a place for sharing, decision making, ceremony and many other aspects of life can be done in circle; it becomes sacred!

A sister circle is just this a sacred space for sharing and healing. Circle is a place to be vulnerable to be able to speak what is truly in your heart and be heard, without judgement, sharing your journey of life with other women that are ready to be accountable and responsible for their healing; without advice, just sharing deeply and initiating your own healing love and power.

We actively practice deep listening in circle, each woman has a story to share to heal and learn from. As we sit and listen, we may feel that we resonate with their story or may have already experienced this phase of life and a sister may share her pearls of wisdom given freely without the should of, could of and would of’s. It is so important to have time to be really heard and celebrated for the wise women, the warriors and mothers that we are.
