Sister Circle
Event description
This 2hr Sister Circle workshop is a sacred container of women who hold, support and nourish one another. A space where you can be your true authentic self, be seen, heard and loved for all that you are. Fostering a deep sense of self-love, empowerment and sisterhood.
Sophie has been facilitating these Sister circles over the last 2 years and continues to witness the community of women growing. Something magical happens when women unite, we experience what it feels like to be one, to share wisdom, to celebrate and be supported for all that we truly are.

This workshop is for anyone who wants to:
- Join a community of like-minded women
- Spend time relaxing and rejuvenating the mind, body and soul

What to bring: Everything is provided. All you need is a water bottle and your beautiful self

Sophie White: Your facilitator
Sophie is a breath-work, meditation, and sound facilitator, dedicated to guiding individuals on their path to inner peace and self-discovery. Creating safe spaces for authentic self-expression, in which individuals can tap into their inner power and create space and love within.
Contraindications for (CCB) Breathwork:
Pregnancy, epilepsy, recent surgery, cardiovascular problems, or anyone on heavy medication.
Please don’t take alcohol or other substances on the day of the event.
Avoid food and caffeine 3 hours prior to the session to get the most out of the experience.
