Feel invigorated , refreshed and reconnected after a delicious & healthy light supper to end the evening along with a fire release ritual to close out the circle as you are surrounded by cosmic light codes and sound activations.

Your host Sarah, will introduce herself and provide guidance and practices for the evening.

There will be fun and healing practices to help you reconnect with others and become more in touch with your own emotions as you learn to engage more with presence.

After the PRESENCE practices you will be asked to join in a circle where you have the opportunity to share your experiences with the group in a sacred space of non judgement as you form deeper connections through honesty and self expression.

This is a healthy and inspirational way to heal any emotions or blocks that the mind and body has created due to past experiences and was unable to release itself properly.

It is important that after a session where you have felt any emotions or past memories resurface that we can integrate these in a healthy way, which is why there will be a deep sound healing, somatic release meditation experience and light language channeling as this helps shift the energy at a faster pace in order for it to dissolve completely.

The evening will finish off around 6:30pm with a delicious and healthy light supper around the fire and burning ritual to close out the evening helping you feel more invigorated, radiant and deeply connected with all.

ABOUT SARAH

Sarah Elizabeth is a Spiritual Guide, Activator and Facilitator helping to elevate and guide others on their way forward towards a more enlightened pathway. She uses spiritual healing modalities and plant medicines such as cacao to create unique experiences of self transformation and reconnection back to self including sound healing, light language activations and energy work. Sarah has been on her own spiritual path since her kundalini activation in 2020.
