Sisterhood Series 2024 - Dannii Veldsman
Event description
The Sisterhood Series is exclusively for students in Years 10 - 12 and offers the chance to hear from inspirational alumni guest speakers.Â
The series will run over recess every Wednesday during Terms 2 and 3 in the Santa Maria College Boardroom in the McAuley Building, with the exception of the first and last week of the term.
We welcome Dannii Veldsman as our guest speaker for the sixth session of the Term 2 series.
Join us as Danni shares her experiences, challenges, and triumphs in the field of paramedicine. Discover how she transitioned from uncertainty to finding her true calling and learn about the rewarding opportunities available in the dynamic world of emergency healthcare. Danni is currently pursuing a Graduate Diploma in Community Paramedicine at Edith Cowan University (ECU), with the aim of becoming an Extended Care Paramedic.
This event promises to be an invaluable opportunity for you to gain valuable insights, ask questions, and explore potential career paths in healthcare and emergency services. Whether you are considering a career in paramedicine or simply intrigued by Danni's journey, we encourage you to join us for this enriching occasion.
Spaces are limited to 15 students per session, and registrations are essential.Â
Morning tea will be provided.
