Join us, Clara and Sandra, for an evening of transformation under the stars at BreathDeck on Friday, 1 November.
The new moon invites us to embrace our shadows—those parts of ourselves we often hide or avoid. Through the powerful elements of cacao, sauna, cold water immersion, and breathwork, we’ll guide you on a journey to confront inner resistance and work with the parts of yourself that hold you back.
Who is this for?
This session is for you if you are seeking connection and support, guidance, inspiration, a reconnection with your inner wisdom or divine femininity.
What to Expect:
- Cacao Ceremony
- Cold Water Immersion
- Sauna
- Breathwork & Sound Healing
- Sharing Circle by the Fire
What to Bring:
- Swimmers, towel
- Yoga mat, blanket/pillow
- Pen & journal, water bottle, keep cup for cacao
- Comfortable clothes
We will be outside. So please make sure you bring enough to keep you warm as the evening might get a little cold, especially when we are going on the little breathwork journey. The fire will also be there to keep us warm!
