Sisterhood Sounds is a guided journey for women to reconnect with their bodies, their voices, and each other through sound.

🌺 An intimate evening to soften, open and return to yourself

👁️ Arrive slowly, sip tea & settle into your body as you are gently guided through connection exercises then vocal activation techniques to awaken expression & release what’s been held

🎵 Melt into a deeply immersive sound journey with live vocals, crystal bowls, drum & the Nepalese on body golden bowl, allowing your nervous system to unwind and restore

♥️ Close with a gentle ritual for inner peace & optional sharing, held in a warm & supportive space

Note: A yoga mat is provided for each of you however if you wish to bring your own matt for extra comfort or more blankets and pillows etc to make your little sound healing nest even more comfortable please do.
