Join us for a Free Sisters and Self Beach Date.

An invitation for sisters to gather, connect, realign with nature, self and each other, surrender and flow. A sanctuary to drop in by the ocean and open ourselves to the wonders that pour out.

What to expect:

- A guided ocean centred meditation

- Journaling, with journal prompts and reflections

- Card pulling

What to bring:

- A mat to sit on

- Your journal and some to write with

- Something meaningful to you to place on the alter

- Swimmers if you’d like to swim after.
