Menopause is the Alchemical process of moving from one phase of life into another. It is a shedding of the old identity, of fertility, of mothering others; and an opening to the fertile ground of Self Creation. The Womb, once the place for nurturing new life, now becomes the energetic centre from which women can create whatever they desire for themselves.

For too long we've ignored the Spiritual Wisdom of our bodies, seeing them as burdens instead of the Sacred Vessel they are. What if each change, each discomfort was a message? An invitation to listen more closely? To discover the deeper meanings behind what our bodies are trying to tell us?
