From Daughters & Blood Sisters to Sorceress, Crone & beyond, we are Sisters of the Flames.

Through conversation from our hard earned wisdoms, we’ll explore our ‘Women’s Wheel of LIfe’ in a Restorative Yoga Practice designed uniquely for our Menopausal selves to honour all the women that we were and are yet to be. Menopause asks us to tend to our own Temple and regularly take time to rest; with deep rest, comes healing.

Join an afternoon of honest and open hearted conversation with other Women experiencing the same (but different) uncertainties, challenges, self-doubt, loss, grief, and a rebellious changing body, often in the midst of a very established and busy life.

How then, can we embrace the Growth & Gifts that come with this ‘Second Spring’ in a Woman’s life?

Restorative Yoga for Menopause & Beyond, is a practice of self-care, where you will be nurtured, nourished and tended to kindly, so you can rest in your Temple and rejuvinate.

BRING: Pillow and a blanket. If possible bring a bolster and/or eye pillow too.
