From the heart of Abruzzo, Italy. Nestled within the serene village of Fontavignone is the birthplace of Spizzichi — a rare pasta hand-rolled with meticulous care. Spizzichi give the taste and texture of a thick pasta full of flavour.

👩‍🍳 What You’ll Do:

•⁠ ⁠Hands-On Experience: Follow along as we guide you step-by-step through a simple yet delicious Spizzichi. You’ll have the chance to knead, shape, and prepare your very own pasta!

•⁠ ⁠Take-Home Treat: Once your masterpiece is ready, you’ll receive all the instructions you need to bake it at home, allowing you to share this special pasta with your family.
