We teach you to break the meditation practice down to fundamental skills and integrate them into your life - no matter how busy you are. Experience profound benefits by establishing a consistent practice.

Join the Sit Down and Practice 42 day meditation challenge. Classes run every Monday at 6pm AEDT for 6 weeks.

Classes will be led by Kynan Tan and Ants Cabraal, the creators of Sit Down and Practice. This is an opportunity to establish a consistent meditation practice and find out how meditation practice could benefit your life. Each class will be a live session on Zoom where we will give you instructions for how to meditate, provide tips on how to work with common obstacles, and guide a meditation practice. It's a great way to learn the fundamentals of meditation with support and instruction in a community setting.

After the class, Kynan will be available until 7:30pm for an optional Q+A.

All students will also receive access to the Sit Down and Practice online course, a lifetime access resource for establishing a meditation practice. There is also the opportunity to join a practice pod with other participants to get additional support or practice together.

This is a perfect introduction to focus on what is most important. Cut through the confusion and get started in an effective, accessible, practical way. No jargon. Clear and accessible training.
