Brian Hemmingway - Sales Manager.

Brian Hemingway is a seasoned electrician with over 45 years of experience across motor rewinding, power distribution, and transformer technology. Starting his career in 1978, Brian ran his own successful business for over a decade before moving to New Zealand, where he expanded into industrial automation, PLC programming, and later, technical sales and switchboard design.
In recent years, he has specialised in transformer applications and maintenance, combining deep technical knowledge with strong client-focused communication. Brian’s career reflects a rare blend of hands-on expertise and commercial acumen, making him a trusted voice in the evolving world of electrical infrastructure.

Jacque Du Plessis - Business Development.

Jacque Du Plessis is an accomplished business development and project management professional with over 20 years of experience across industrial automation, engineering, and power distribution in both Sub-Saharan Africa and New Zealand.
His career includes key leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, NHP New Zealand, and FR Coatings Ltd, where he successfully led strategic growth and complex infrastructure projects. Currently at Etel Transformers, Jacque focuses on expanding market reach in the transformer and electrical distribution space.
Known for his cross-regional insight, strong technical acumen, and client-focused approach, Jacque brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on project leadership to the industry.
