    Event description

    Join NAWIC Wellington members... and representatives from Warren and Mahoney, DesignGroup Stapleton Elliott and LT McGuinness Ltd for a very special site visit to the recently completed KMPG and Waka Kotahi fit outs at 44 Bowen Street. 

    We are excited to show you around and share the learnings from this exciting project.  

    ABOUT THE PROJECT
    44 Bowen Street represents the fourth and final building in Wellington's Bowen Campus. This incredible 7-year transformation has provided work spaces for over 5,000 people within Charles Fergusson Tower, New Zealand Defence Force at Bowen State Building, 40 Bowen and now finally 44 Bowen Street. 44 Bowen Street was completed in July 2023, and is home to KPMG and Waka Kotahi. 

    NAWIC is being offered a rare opportunity to hear from the project team including:

    • Julia McPherson, Warren and Mahoney, Design Lead KPMG
    • Vivienne St George, Warren and Mahoney, Project Lead KPMG
    • Holly Chan, DGSE, Project Architect Waka Kotahi
    • Along with LT McGuinness' project team.

    DATE & TIME: Thursday 31st August, 5pm. Please meet in the 40/44 Bowen Street Atrium. 

    VENUE: KPMG & Waka Kotahi at 44 Bowen Street. 

    COST: FREE to NAWIC members, this event is limited to 30 people so please book your space consciously. Anyone is welcome to join NAWIC here.

    POST EVENT: Please join us for light refreshments at Generator, kindly sponsored by LT McGuinness Ltd 

    BRING: PPE is not required for this site visit.
