Site Visit to the Gippsland Tech School

This event will follow the Innovation Breakfast event being held at the Morwell Innovation Centre on Wednesday 17th April 2024 which will focus on Gippsland’s opportunity in the Circular Economy.

This is your chance to join a site tour of the Gippsland Tech School, located opposite the Morwell Innovation Centre. The Tech School facility, hosted by TAFE Gippsland, offers students access to cutting edge, high-tech learning. The objective is to educate school students using a hands-on approach, teaching themes relating to the environment including circular economy, and what that looks like in practice when considering energy, waste and technology.

The site tour will go for approximately 30 mins and will provide you with a chance to see what’s on offer at the Gippsland Tech School and learn how the school connects with students in our regional area.

After the Innovation Breakfast event finishes at 8:45am, please meet in the foyer of the Morwell Innovation Centre at 8:55am, to be escorted across the road to the Gippsland Tech School for a 30 min site tour starting at 9am.
