ABOUT THE PROJECT:
Antrim House
is currently closed for construction, come on to site and join NAWIC Members to hear about the project from Heritage Architect, Russell Murray from R&D Architects and Luke Tobin, Project Manager, The Building Intelligence Group along with the Naylor Love Site Team. 

The project includes structural and weathertightness improvements to the roof and improved seismic resilience to the structure and existing chimneys. Designed by notable Wellington architect William Turnbull, the 18-room residence is an impressive display of taste, with rich kauri panelling and staircase, imported pressed metal ceilings, stained glass windows, elegant verandahs and a central tower topped with a mansard roof. 

DATE & TIME: Wednesday, 22nd March, (4.45pm for a 5pm Start) 

VENUE: Antrium House, 63 Boulcott St, Access to the site is between Redshield House (79 Boulcott St) and iPayroll House (93 Boulcott St)

COST: FREE to NAWIC members, this event is limited to 20 people so please book your space consciously.

BRING: PPE required - Please wear steel cap boots, wear a hardhat, high vis and eye protection. 

HEALTH & SAFETY: 
The project is under construction and PPE is required. Please reach out if you don't have your own PPE. Note that access is via a scaffold stair and the work is being undertaken on the roof.
