    Get your year off to a great start by cultivating six habits of happy people. Twice a week during January, receive inspiring practical teachings and be guided in meditations that will set you up to overcoming problems and developing stable and genuine happiness that you can maintain throughout the whole year. 

    Evening classes will run on Mondays and Wednesdays; daytime classes will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Take the challenge to start 2024 with great habits that can last a lifetime.
