TriYoga is a beautifully flowing and gentle practice. The trinity of posture, breath and focus or mind, body and spirit. Benefits are numerous from improved health and vitality to increased energy and focus, and mental and emotional peace.

We practice wonderful hip openers and wave like spinal movements that can lead to experiencing moments of bliss. Regular practice allows us to feel more at ease in our everyday life.

The committed practice of Tri yoga has been transformational for my own life, releasing stuck emotions and allowing me peace of mind. It has given me a nurtured pathway of stepping into who I am now and allowing myself to be really seen.

It’s a practice I am passionate about and want to give you the opportunity to experience in your own life. I hope you decide to join us.
