This hands-on, beginner-friendly workshop will introduce you to the Bokashi system, a simple process that uses beneficial microbes to ferment all kinds of food scraps, including meat and dairy. Just add your scraps, sprinkle in the microbe mix, seal the lid, and you’re on your way to garden gold.
