Welcome to the stall holders event payment page, please read carefully and choose the type of stall you want/need from the list provided.

All stall holders please be advised that in order to apply for a stall you MUST fill in the application form HERE and download and read the Stall Holder Info document available  SJ Food & Farm Fest Stallholder Terms & Conditions 

Please Note: There are 2 x FREE stallholder helper tickets provided with each stall. Please make sure you add these to your booking. 

Stallholder pricing is as follows:

Retail Variety market stalls – $80
3m x 3m
Stalls selling products for profit (e.g. crafts, hats, food to take home like jams and fruit & veg). If food products are to be sold (jams, preserves etc) they have to comply with the Fest requirements.

Retail Variety market stalls – $160
6m x 3m
Stalls selling products for profit (e.g. crafts, hats, food to take home like jams and fruit & veg). If food products are to be sold (jams, preserves etc) they have to comply with the Fest requirements.

Retail Food Truck/ Display Van – $200
Standard size Van/truck
Stalls selling prepared foods from a food vehicle/van/gazebo for consumption at the Fest. Stalls used to display and or sell products.


Not for Profit Stalls

Not for Profit stalls are only open to applicants representing an incorporated community group and an Incorporation Certificate must be submitted with the application.

Not for Profit - Information only display - $25
3m x 3m
No fundraising except memberships

Not for Profit - Fundraising Stall (non-food) - $40
3m x 3m

Not for Profit - Food Vendor (fundraising by selling food) - $65
3m x 3m

 
Food and Farm Fest Details

The SJ Food and Farm Fest will be held Saturday 13th November 2021 at the Serpentine Horse and Pony Club, Karnup Rd, Serpentine WA 6125 from
10am - 4pm. 

Stallholders allowed in from 6.00am
Stall position, instructions and bump in and bump out times will be sent 1 week prior to event. 

COVID 19

Food and Farm Fest will be operating under a State and Shire approved Covid safety plan.
