Join us for a Fun and Energizing Kids Yoga Session!

Come along for a one-hour yoga session filled with fun and energy at Bruno Gianatti Hall/Reserve in Jarrahdale, led by Sylvana from Yoga on the Farm! This event is perfect for children who want to stretch, strengthen, and relax their bodies while having a blast.

Sylvana, our experienced and friendly yoga instructor, will guide the children through a variety of playful poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness activities. The kids will learn to connect with their bodies, improve flexibility, and develop focus in a supportive and encouraging environment.

No prior yoga experience is necessary, so beginners are welcome! Sylvana will create a safe and welcoming space, ensuring that every child feels comfortable and confident.
