Children will enjoy a structured day of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training, movement-based games, teamwork challenges, Judo for Jiu-Jitsu and supervised free play. The day includes regular breaks for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, with a balance of training, fun and downtime.

Open to members and non-members, so kids are welcome to invite their friends.

Drop-off time: 9:00 am
Pick-up time: 3:30 pm

Note: Camp attendees may stay back and attend their regular scheduled class if they wish. Parents must let us know in advance.

What to bring

Water bottle, clearly labelled with your child’s name
Gi, rashguard and belt
- Gi uniforms can be provided for non-members
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon snack — no nuts please
Spare set of clothes for non-training activities - bring a warm layer
Any required medication must be clearly labelled, and parents must advise coaches of any specific instructions at sign-in
Colouring materials, such as textas or markers
Optional: Beyblade, for a Beyblade competition
Positive attitude for training, games and teamwork
