Missing the airport? While we can't take you on a flight, we can bring you the next best thing... a Skal Darwin luncheon right beside the airport!
Our November luncheon will be held at the gorgeous Mercure Darwin Airport Resort, literally within a stone's throw of the airport terminal (I know... we're dreaming of getaways and adventures just like you!)
Our November luncheon will involve a beautiful 2-course lunch including a share charcuterie board and warm starters along with a main course of grilled Emerald Valley Sirloin, potato fondant, vine-ripened tomatoes, sauteed broccolini with peppercorn jus. For those who prefer a vegetarian main option the resort offers a roasted Cauliflower steak, rocket & fennel salad, topped with green chutney and toasted almonds.
