Iain brings a wealth of international and local industry experience. His career began at Thomas Cook in Scotland, followed by 15 years at Amadeus, where he worked across Europe, Asia and Australasia, including leadership roles in Nice, Bangkok, and as General Manager Operations AU/NZ & Pacific.

He went on to serve as Director of Traveller and Transaction Services at Carlson Wagonlit before tackling the challenge of running Critical IT Network and Cyber Security Operations for Victorian hospitals.

Today, Iain is the General Manager of the Magellan Travel and Helloworld Business Travel networks. He is recognised for his extensive industry expertise, strong people and team leadership skills, and his down-to-earth common-sense style. Passionate about technology, innovation, and people development, Iain has overseen some of the largest agency, product and technology implementations in our market. His insights into travel, technology and leadership are not to be missed.
