Skill Builder - Privacy
Description
Simple, Smart Privacy for Small Business - A Practical Skill Builder
Privacy doesn’t need to be overwhelming, technical, or intimidating. This interactive workshop is designed to give small business owners and founders the practical skills and confidence to manage customer information effectively - without the jargon or legal overwhelm.
In this hands-on session, you’ll break down what Australia’s privacy expectations actually mean for a business like yours. You’ll map how customer data flows through your operations, identify common risks, and walk away having improved at least one real process using simple, practical privacy-by-design principles.
