POW Skill Share Sunday: Grapevines

📅 Date: Sunday, August 17th
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM
📍 Location: Altona North – address to be emailed the week before the event

Join us for an engaging morning as part of our Skill Share Sunday series, focused on Grapevines.

Louisa will share how she has used grape vines to create shade in an entertaining area, including tips on supporting the vine and pruning techniques. The discussion will also touch on the permaculture principle that each element serves multiple functions, such as providing shade, producing food, and creating microclimates.

Participants will have the opportunity to take cuttings home to grow their own vines.

🍽️ Light refreshments: Bring a plate or drink to share.

🎟️ Limited places available — RSVP essential. If you cannot attend after registering, please let us know so we can offer your place to someone else.

We look forward to seeing you there!

We are offering this skill share free to the community, made possible by our local membership to Permaculture Victoria. If you are able, please consider becoming a member: https://www.permaculturevictoria.org.au/membership/
