Interested in becoming a barista or just love anything coffee? Then this course is perfect for you! Discover the wonderful world of coffee and more.
Over two days of practical learning, you'll get plenty of hands-on experience with espresso machines, making a variety of coffee beverages. Learn about the history and production of coffee, and gain a deeper understanding of the beans that create great coffee. Offers NZQA credits.
DURATION: 2 days; from 9am till 4pm
NZQA unit 17285 v10 | 4 credits | Level 2
Demonstrate knowledge of commercial espresso coffee equipment and prepare espresso beverages under supervision
NZQA unit 17284 v7 | 3 credits | Level 3
Demonstrate knowledge of coffee origin and production
