This course offers comprehensive training to equip you with essential retail skills. You'll gain insight into the significance of product knowledge and master effective communication techniques. Additionally, you'll delve into the world of theft and fraud, understanding their impact on the workplace. Offers NZQA credits.  

DURATION: 2 days; from 9am till 4pm
