The SKILL workshops are for people living with disability and their families, carers and supporters, who are interested in the steps and opportunities for taking charge in their lives.

Join us over 6 weeks while we explore ways to build you own best life. We will cover:

Friday 18 August – Build Your Vision
Friday 25 August – Make Your Plan
Friday 1 September – Manage Your Supports
Friday 8 September – Safeguard Your Success
Friday 15 September – Feeling at Home
Friday 22 September – Connect to your Community

These workshops include helpful tips and ideas, a practical focus on real life, local peer presenter stories and guest speakers, and there will be plenty of time for sharing and questions.

Co-designed by people living with disability for people living with disability.

Carers and support workers are encouraged to come and learn too.

Free Lunch, tea & coffee and afternoon tea provided.
