Blended working (just like blended learning) involves a combination of the in-person and the virtual. As we start to emerge from lockdown and head back to the office, many of us are struggling to manage the balance between the efficiency and flexibility of video calls and technology-driven processes, and the rich and energy-restoring potential of real-world conversations.

This SkillGym workout will offer a framework for making sense of blended working, and share some helpful tips for deciding when and how to harness technology and when to keep it lo-fi.
