Every fortnight we bring you a 1-hour online workout to keep your innovation skills sharp as we create the future of work together.

As innovators, we're always designing our solutions within complex systems; understanding the context we're working in, anticipated the impacts of our actions, and planning for the most effective interventions. This SkillGym workout will explore how systems thinking can help innovators to find the leverage points in systems where the applying the least resources and effort can lead to the biggest impact.

We'll introduce you to the vocabulary of systems thinking, from feedback loops and leverage points to delays and unintended consequences, helping you to understand the dynamics that hold complex problems in place - then we'll dive deeper into how to design strategic interventions that shift these systems in the right direction.
