Dorcas ACTS is a ministry of the Aspley Uniting Church, a parish of the Uniting Church of Qld Synod.

Dorcas ACTS is the registered business name of the charity Aspley Caring Through Service (ACTS). Dorcas ACTS:

provides rapid compassionate financial support to individuals in times of natural disasters and crisis
is a 100% volunteer-run organisation with 100% of donations going directly to those in crisis
works with community and church leaders to identify those in crisis who need immediate financial help
Crisis includes natural disasters such as fire, drought, and flood, and also personal crises such as domestic violence, hunger, and elder abuse

Dorcas ACTS, is a Christian mission of the congregation of the Aspley Uniting Church Qld. Dorcas is a person named in the Book of ACTS who performed charitable activities in her community.
