The Skills & Training Summit will be held from 9:00am to 1:00pm at The Westport Club, Port Macquarie, followed by a networking lunch.

The Summit brings together educators, industry, government, and training providers to address the Mid North Coast’s workforce challenges and opportunities. Through case studies, panel discussions, and trainee stories, we’ll explore early school engagement, regional training and accreditation, and industry partnerships that create clear pathways from school to higher education and employment. This collaborative summit will set the foundation for a pilot project to strengthen local skills pipelines and keep talent in our region.

Speakers include representatives from ETC, Taree Universities Campus, Essential Energy, RIEP, Birdon, Apprenticeship Careers Australia, TAFE NSW, Charles Sturt University, NSW Government, Jobs & Skills Australia, and Mid Coast Connect.
