Skin and Bone CD launch with Bare Essentials

Skin and Bone, an exciting newish acoustic string and vocal group from Dunedin New Zealand combines 75% of the Chaps, 100% of Catgut and Steel, and the rhythm section of the Whirling Eddys. This event celebrates the imminent release of their first CD, 'Last Bus to Brockville'. The band will play the tracks from the CD in their entirety, in order. The album features 12 original tunes from the pens of John Dodd and Mike Moroney, together with 3 jazz classics sung by fiddler/mandolinist Anna Bowen.

Skin and Bone have plied their trade to swing dancers, so whether you wish to boogie the night away or listen to the wonderful arrangements of these tunes, and entertaining evening is guaranteed.
