SKY is a holistic experience for the mind, body and soul. You'll be guided through ancient practices of pranayama (yogic breathwork) which will quiet your mind, relax your nervous system and heighten your consciousness.

Then Chaitanyashree, master sound healer, will use Tibetian bowls, gongs and other sacred vibrational tools to help you clear energetic blockages and restore you on a cellular level, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The evening ends with a beautiful crescendo - Manta Te's gorgeous devotional music. Join together with the Sacred Road community for kirtan. A shared experience that brings a beautiful sense of connection to the divine and the community that surrounds you.

Sound Healer & Teacher - With over two decades of experience, Chaitanyashree is a master of Vedic and Himalayan sound healing traditions. He works with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and energy-based healing modalities to support deep physical, emotional, and energetic restoration. He founded his first healing centre in Kathmandu in 2010 and now runs Kundalini Healing Therapies in Newtown, Sydney.

Tenea Wilkinson
Breathwork Facilitator & Somatic Coach - With 28+ years in health and wellness, Tenea is a deeply experienced and intuitive guide. A retired paramedic, mother, and trauma-informed coach, she holds powerful yet gentle spaces for release, healing, and reconnection to self. Her work blends breath, yoga, science and soul to restore wholeness from within.
