Overview
Athletes learn the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool‐ down techniques. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, and various running and relay events. Participants also learn positive life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.
Ages
Skyhawks typically offers Track & Field camps for children between the ages of 6 and 12. (Participant to coach ratio approximately 14:1). Skyhawks Track & Field camps are perfect for the beginning to intermediate level participant.
Food to bring:
Two snacks and a water bottle.
Gear to bring:
Appropriate clothing, water bottle, and running shoes.
Skyhawks offer Track & Field camps from 1pm to 4pm Monday-Thursday.

This ticket includes admission for our 4 day camp Monday-Thursday 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Please arrive to Mitch's Fitness and present your ticket at the front desk upon entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. If you have any questions or issues, please call us at 708-828-2438 or stop in at our location. Please have athletes bring a snack/lunch. Due to space limitations, parents should stay in their car or go home during the duration of class. Looking forward to seeing your athlete there!
