Overview

Athletes learn the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool‐ down techniques. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, and various running and relay events. Participants also learn positive life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship.

Ages

Skyhawks typically offers Track & Field camps for children between the ages of 6 and 12. (Participant to coach ratio approximately 14:1). Skyhawks Track & Field camps are perfect for the beginning to intermediate level participant.

Food to bring:

Two snacks and a water bottle.

Gear to bring:

Appropriate clothing, water bottle, and running shoes.

This ticket includes admission for our weekly camp. Please arrive to Mitch's Fitness and present your ticket at the front desk upon entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website.
