Facilitator
Tahlia Rutherford brings years of teaching experience and a love of hands-on making to her workshops. Since discovering clay several years ago, she has been drawn to the accessibility of slab building, encouraging others to experiment, build confidence and enjoy creating.
In her own practice, Tahlia bends and wraps clay around everyday household objects, finding inspiration in familiar shapes. Working mainly with BRT clay, she explores texture and colour to create functional pieces with organic forms and a rustic feel.
