Session will begin at 10.00, but please feel free to arrive from 9.45. We will be in the airconditioned playroom at the back of the community centre.

Topic will include:

-the sleep environment
-night wakings
-day sleep
-developmental stages
-sleep regressions
-routine guides
-creating healthy sleep habits for life

Please only register yourself, as accompanying babies are welcome and do not require a ticket.

If you can wear you baby, please do.

Prams -As we are wanting to maximise the participant numbers to be able to attend this information session, prams will need to be parked outside the playroom, (where they are still visible from within the room). We apologise for the inconvenience.

Please note, we are funded by the Department of Social Services, and required to collect information from participants, which is deidentified. The Department occasionally will have us send out a survey on their behalf, your contact information will not be shared elsewhere.
