All caregivers are invited to attend a session with Samantha Bramich, Sleep Scientist, on Monday 13 May, 6:30 pm, at the Elphin Campus during which she will talk about what sleep is, how it changes over the lifespan, how to create good sleep pattens in our children and adolescents, barriers to sleep and when to investigate sleep issues. This session is targeted towards younger children; however, all are welcome.
